OCTOBER 29 | 09:30 - 12:00 | BERTONOV HALL
Organized by the Institute for Innovation in Transportation and the Shlomo Shmeltzer Institute for Smart Transportation, at Tel Aviv University.
Huge investments are being made across industry, government and academia in developing knowledge in the field of MaaS. How is this field being shaped by activities in these different sectors and how will their respective roles change as the MaaS concept is applied? How can they work together to overcome the challenges of implementing this new concept and what can the role of academia be in producing research and supporting policy?
This side-event will look at cooperation between academia, industry and government in the field of MaaS, with researchers, start-ups, and local authorities offering their perspectives on challenges and opportunities. A panel discussion will consider what the research agenda might be in this emerging field and how collaboration between academia and other key sectors can be encouraged.
